Juneathon '18 day 17 - more than seventeen seconds

When I was younger I really liked The Cure, and seeing the excellent album "Seventeen Seconds" mentioned cheered me up. Keep an eye out for the odd song reference...
Yesterday's excess has predictably impinged on today: late to bed after my concert and then picking up my 16yo at just before 1am, sleep is in short supply after being woken by the alarm at 6:30am. "Alexa, stop" then bought me some time until about 8 when I couldn't really hold on any longer. So, on to coffee and breakfast - and my first win, as I successfully completed a 24-hour fast. Yay!
Later in the morning we headed out for a quick walk near Peterley Manor Farm. It's a good place to visit, with a decent farm shop and the well-liked Strawberry Cafe in their yurt. We were lucky with the weather, and managed a pretty mild few miles, including some time in "A Forest".
This evening, Ellie and I slipped in a quick 1.9 mile run down in the Old Town, again. Keeping up the regular running is definitely a good thing; these runs are feeling a bit better each time.
Anyway, now "A Reflection" on priorities: SLEEP!
