Work (janathon day 3)

Back to work! It was a fairly eventful day there, in that a number of things went wrong due to problems coming up around holidays and missing data. I learned a few things on the way, though, and am now fairly clear on what needs to be done tomorrow.
The main downside of work is that I sit comparatively still in a chair between about 9am and 6:30pm ish. When I got home, my watch hadn't even hit 2,000 steps yet. So this evening, after getting some chores done, I popped out for a lightning blitz at the gym. Another 1km on the rowing machine, more weights (bench presses, squats and deadlifts), then a quick stint on a Wattbike.
The bike wanted me to set up an account on my phone to I could track workouts etc. I'm totally up for this, and made a start ... and hit a fatal flaw in the process. I created the account, and a message popped up asking me to enter a code I had just been emailed. Then, changing apps, the Wattbike app closed. Re-opening it, I had two options: sign in (but I couldn't, because the account wasn't verified) or create a new account (except the email address is already in use). That's a rather embarrassing fail! Let's see what their support team recommends.
Anyway: sleep, nutrition, exercise, meditation (and flute). Time for bed, and flute tomorrow!
