Busy (janathon day 17)

Today has been pretty busy. The work that I couldn't face doing last night ended up taking quite a long time today. After getting back, I managed a quick yoga class, then some boring admin stuff around a daughter's university accommodation. And now it is time for bed, so there's not going to be much more here today!

I'm deliberating over tools for making notes, as I do from time to time. Logseq is working so well for me both at work and home that I'm not inclined to change it. There's only one thing it doesn't currently do overly well, and that's dealing with writing up standalone documents. In the past, I have set up a personal blog based on notes I wrote for my own use. I used Typora for this, and it was really good for the purpose. It continues to be now too - that's what I'm using to type this post.

Today's work threw up the observation that I do sometimes still need to write things up for my own purpose, and that's going to have to be done in the way I used to, ie writing markdown in Typora. Perhaps occasionally these will land in the blog. Still some thinking to do here! Hmmm.
