Energy and sleep (Janathon day 27)

At circuits this morning I really got a sense that my Janathon efforts have started to pay off. I feel like I can maintain a level of intensity that I wouldn't have managed a month ago, and my legs are feeling particularly strong. This is despite not yet being back on the running - and even there I believe my Achilles is heading firmly in the right direction.
I'm also just about managing to avoid the kinds of food that derail my progress towards shedding a bit of weight. So I just need to cling in there, really.
To complete the picture, I am aware my sleep levels this week have been terrible - apart from last Friday night (about 7:37 of sleep), my best night was 6:51 and my worst 5:54. I need to do something about this, and that means getting straight to bed. We had a spa visit earlier so I would hope to go straight off when I do...
