Janathon '20 day 11: Parkrun

Rickmansworth Parkrun was the host for Saturday's Janathon activity. In fact, not just for me but also for the other 691 people who had the same idea. Wow! I took a selfie to try to give some idea of how big the crowd was, but it doesn't really quite capture the scale.

I had my best run yet, with an official time of 24:34. That's nearly half a minute quicker than my previous PB, which I'm very happy with! My legs were in agreement that it was a hard one too..! Then, after a nice coffee there with my friend, it was back for a general day of business at home.

There was quite a lot of walking going on during the day too, such that my Garmin claims I managed just over 15,000 steps through the day.
