Janathon '16 day 5: metafit and yoga

Another day, another Metafit class in Rickmansworth at lunch. For some reason, this one was heaving; before today, the largest class I have attended stood at about 5 people ish, but today there were a full 10 of us. The weather was good, the exercise gruelling but only about 30 minutes, so all told it was a winner!
Again, I finished it off with some weights work - bi/tricep, chest fly, bent-over row amongst others. Again, I hobbled out like the broken man that I was, and headed off for a bite of lunch.
As an aside, I simply can't believe what an effect this intermittent fasting is having on my appetite! I'm eating lunch at around 2pm and dinner before 9 (usually, but a bit later tonight), and really don't feel an urge to eat for the 17 hours in between. Today I did snuffle a bit of chicken before Metafit, but only because I wanted some protein in my body ready for the onslaught..!
Anyway, back to day. After the Christmas break, it was great to get back to yoga this evening. Mrs H runs a class at a local physiotherapy centre in Amersham, and so I had a deliciously delightful hour of grounding yoga to counteract the aches of Metafit and prepare me for bed.
... Which is where I'm off to now! See you tomorrow...
